New Beginnings: Moving Into My Art Studio at Leyton Studios

A New Chapter: My Move to Leyton Studios

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve moved into my new art studio at Leyton Studios, 15 Argall Avenue, E10 7QE. This change marks a significant milestone in my journey as an artist. The studio offers everything I could ask for: character, natural light, and a vibrant creative community.

A Space Full of Light and Charm

One of the studio’s standout features is its double-story northeast-facing window. It bathes the space in consistent, natural light throughout the day, which is perfect for oil painting. The white brick wall adds to the charm and is ideal for displaying my works in progress.

Although the building was once a shoe factory and isn’t well-insulated, I see this as part of its unique character. Yes, it gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but the space makes up for it in inspiration and energy.

Plans for Creative Development

I’m already planning to build a small platform for modeling, which will add to the functionality of the space. This is a studio where creativity can flourish, surrounded by other artists and creative businesses. The sense of community here is uplifting, and I’m eager to see how this environment shapes my work.

Convenience and Community

Leyton Studios offers modern amenities, including a kitchen, full-service toilets, and regular cleaning services. The location is also incredibly convenient. It’s just a short walk from Lea Bridge station, with easy access to the Elizabeth Line.

Looking Ahead

Moving into this studio feels like the start of something special. The light, space, and creative energy are already influencing my work in unexpected ways. I can’t wait to share new projects that come to life here.

If you’re nearby, let me know—I’d love to show you the space and talk about what’s next!
